Civil engineer and MBA, after 12 years in the construction sector (in particular Vinci group, Socotec) where he held various positions in construction site management and commercial development, in France and in other countries, and 5 years at the development of the FNAC group’s international retail premisses, Eric Agnesa joined Nexity and the real estate business, where he has been head of international since 2016, after having held various positions since 2001, including the general management of Nexity in Portugal and the management of major commercial development projects in Paris. He has joined pantera’s Management Board in February 2022.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Herbert Beck has been working for Nexity since 2005 with a focus on the development of commercial properties. He was previously involved in the construction of Tishman Speyer France and worked for the Paris La Défense urban development company. He has been serving as pantera AG’s Chief Operation Officer since the first quarter of 2020.
CHAIRMAN OF THE SUPERVISORY BOARD
As the Secretary General of Nexity, Fabrice Aubert is in charge of corporate law, M&A and innovation. He is also the legal secretary of the management board. He previously served as a judge at the French Constitutional Court (Conseil d’État), an advisor to the Minister of Finance (2014-2016) and a senior advisor to French President Emmanuel Macron (2017-2019), during which he was in charge of public institutions, state reform and digital transformation.
SUPERVISORY BOARD
Dr Thomas Zacher is a lawyer, a specialist lawyer for tax law, banking and capital market law, and a tax consultant. He heads the Cologne law firm Zacher&Partner and is a lecturer in business law and management at the FHDW University of Applied Sciences in Bergisch Gladbach. He has been a member of the supervisory board since the founding of pantera AG in 2009.
Eric Lalechere is Chief Financial Officer of Nexity since January 1, 2017, he was previously Deputy CFO since 2006. He joined the Group in 1989, where he held various financial positions in operational development subsidiaries. He is a graduate of the École Supérieure de Commerce de Paris (ESCP). He joined the Supervisory Board of pantera AG in April 2022.
Hans-Gerd H. Jauch, attorney-at-law, has been active as a bankruptcy and insolvency administrator as well as in the field of restructuring consulting since 1995. As a founding partner of GÖRG Rechtsanwälte, he established an insolvency administration department within the firm. Since 2019, he is a managing partner at Jauch Dahl Linnenbrink Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH, which specializes in restructuring (corporate and real estate law / litigation). He joined the supervisory board in July 2022.
Lise-Marie Bechmann, a lawyer with Franco-German citizenship, completed her studies in business and criminal law at the University of Clermont-Ferrand, France. She completed her education with a Master’s degree in International Economic Relations in Freiburg and Créteil. With over 12 years of experience at Franco-German law firms in Paris, she specialized in advising German companies in France. For the past three years, she has been working in the international legal department of Nexity SA, responsible for international legal issues. Her expertise and commitment led to her appointment as a member of the Supervisory Board of pantera AG in September 2023.
